any body have suggestions on whitch veggies burger are the best as far as taste, sodium & potassium

Hi

I make a veggie burger with smashed walnuts, mushrooms, onion, 1 egg, good breadcrumbs, and seasoning with no sodium. For more protein, I add some smashed chickpeas. These can also be rolled into meat balls. There are a lot of recipes online.

It's still processed food and has too much salt , and other things we are not suppose to be eating. Make your own, that way you can modify salt etc. I make a large batch and freeze them. Check pinterest they have some good recipes.
