I want to know the symptoms and how well those with stage 3 and stage 4 urinate and the quantity of fluid intake every day.
Every day especially at day time I always drink more than one and half liter of fluid but end up passing every small urine only once for the day with tea ☕ colour unlike last year I use to urinate three to four times in day time and once at night, foamy and frequent night urine with foams too always feel itchy both on my sole no diabetic BP not stable I'm 30 and last time I check my serum creatinine 1.23 I will appreciate any answer thanks.

We do not diagnose. But I would call your doctor and tell them ASAP what is going on. If you are drinking that much water, and only urinating a bit...that's concerning...what is more concerning is the color. I urge you not to wait to get some labs done and see your doctor. Tell them what you are eating and what medications or supplements you take. There are many factors that can be involved here.
But to answer your question: Since I was stage three 9 years ago, I drink about 2 liters of water a day and then more liquid in coffee, tea and jello. I am stage four now, still drinking water and I pee ALL THE TIME...and by mid day, it is almost clear.
I do just that I take a lot of fluid but instead of peeing like normal no way I pass little and I will start losing strength and my BP now is always across normal line, just I'm tired of my doctor he always think that CKD is when someone legs start swelling is the only signs of CKD when he was the one that gave me iron dex inj last month for my anaemia, I think is time to seek for second opinion.
God bless you for your contribution in this forum you have being awesome for newly diagnosed CKD patient more grace upon your life Amen.
thank you for your kind words. You really need a new doctor. When and what were your last lab results? Any doctor who diagnoses CKD with leg swelling is not a good doctor. The longer you wait, the more issues you might have.
By the way, I have confirmed diagnosed stage four with a GFR of 20 and my legs, ankles or anything are not swollen AT ALL!
Please take care and if we can answer any questions for you after you have seen the NEW doctor, it would be our honor to help.
