Creatinine/BUN ratio question? Any thoughts?

i had elevated creatinine levels and I am a body builder. I cut back on meat and lifting for a week and my creatinine lowered to 1.4 and my BUN went to 13.

That means a Bun to creatinine ratio of 9.3

I am not sure if this is good or bad. The low bun is due to malnutrition and lack of protein intake. But I'm unsure if the creatinine is due to reduced kidney function or muscle mass.
