Knowledge. Learn as much as you can about whatever is causing your anxiety. If it's a health issue, learn as much as you can and take the steps necessary to treat and control the issue. If it's something else the same answer. Some things are beyond our control and it just means you have to distract yourself with other activities that you like to keep your mind off the issue. Just doing that is not good. You can't make something go away by ignoring it. Stay on top of it. Exercise can be a big help as can find a support group where you can share with others. Also, there are things NOT to do to help anxiety. Don't try to eat your way out of it. Don't dwell on it because that can only make it worse and don't ignore it.

Thanks. That was a bad few days when I wrote that. I have had depression and anxiety disorder for 25 years on and off. My faith always gets me thru and will now. I see a psychiatrist so all ok. Exercise too. Like u said tho. I have to stay on top of it. Some days I don’t. Didn’t mean to complain when so many others have bigger problems. Today is good. Praying for all others. Thanks again tho
