My urine is foamy, does this mean that I have protein in my urine?

I believe foamy urine might mean too much phosphorus.

Actually, foamy urine, if it's on a persistent basis, usually comes from excess protein in the body. It's best to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. In the meantime cut back on proteins in your diet until you can speak to the doctor and get professional advice.

It could be protein in urine or it could be nothing at all, I agree, best to check with your healthcare provider. webmd.boots.com/a-to-z-guid...
