Chills? Who showed you my medical records? Seriously, I'm always cold. If a butterfly goes by I tend to want my winter coat. I can't attribute that to my CKD because I've had it for decades (actually since my military discharge 44 years ago). My core temperature has always been below normal but as I age it tends to be more of a steady chill with occasional bouts of mental frostbite. Nothing I have read shows it to be a symptom of CKD but absolutely nothing would surprise me at this point. I bring it up from time to time with different doctors but not one of them has shown any concern. Have you been told it may be related to your kidney disease?

I am always cold even when it is scorching outside. I take my coat everywhere i go and get ppl asking me if I'm not boiling in that coat. Take it off for a few seconds and i get chills.

Do feel cold sometimes and need to go outside and get warm. Sometimes 90 feels comfortable. Maybe it has to do with CKD and parathyroid hormone??

Yep, always cold. I have Raynaud's Syndrome though since I was a kid. My fingers and toes turn white or purple when I get cold. It can be scorching out, but my fingers turn numb if I hold a glass of ice water too long. It's been linked to autoimmune disease which is also the type of kidney disease that I have and also linked to other health issues I have.

Regardless of the condition I have, chills can be a symptom of kidney disease. It's due to anemia which is a symptom of CKD, Here are a few articles which mention it

Anemia was the first thing I checked and throughout the years the one thing that has always been in the normal range has been my Anemia. The "cold" issue comes from some other issue, as yet undefined.

Yeah, I don't have anemia either, but I guess mine is due to Raynauds. Maybe as you get healthier with all the changes you've made it will change, or maybe it's just your chemistry and it doesn't mean anything is wrong at all :)

Hi, I have PKD, I have chills and sweats that come and go and run low grade fevers, however I had to have a second total knee replacement last Nov. 2016, I am 57 yro. female, and they checked EVERYTHING and came up with NOTHING so I was cleared for surgery. I would be tempted to think that Kidney Disease may be at the culprit, as my Dad who was sick his whole life with PKD always complained about how very cold he was when we would all be smothering in the heat. Just my observation.

Oh, I'm constantly cold at work. My office gets very cold. I've had to run a heater this summer in Oklahoma many, many times. I'm usually okay at home though. And I'm a "hot natured" person too. My wife has complained for years about how cold I keep the house and my truck - not any more!
