We have all made a decision to adopt a healthier lifestyle and to change the way we live our lives.

This is not just one decision, we have to make these decisions every single day to do the best for ourselves.

I have to decide on the food i eat and the exercise that i do...i could easily do nothing, as i have for most of my adult life...or i can make the decision for me to be healthier, fitter and happier. Not happier because i have lost weight, which i have, but because i feel better! :)

Nobody is perfect...trips and slips happen...the important thing is to make that decision to carry on! Every single day!

Become that healthier, happier person who occasionally has a bar of chocolate! ;)

Or perhaps even occasionally have a bit of a bar of chocolate.

It's not a legal requirement to finish off a bar of chocolate in one sitting! (Not that I'm any sort of legal expert.)
