I’m really struggling to get around the site to the point when I want to give up. I’m dyslexic which means I’m better with diagrams. Is there a site plan I can go to.

Hi I'm also dyslexic I too found the site hard at first and posted things in all the wrong places. After a few weeks it seemed to fit into place. I know where to said my posts now as after I post I 're read and still see mistakes . But it's fine we are here to support healthy options and share stories. Good luck.
