I am 6' 3", and I have a grey beard - I think I would look silly @ size 6?

...but losing weight is more about not eating fattening food than eating an occasional salad.

I can’t really do that I’m a type 1 diabetic and it’s not worth the hypos.

I’m on day 3 of the diet now. Looking forward to weighday 😊

No… IF is not recommend for Type 1 diabetics.
