How happy am I?

Well everyone, after nearly 5 weeks of change I am heading to my goal.

I got a compliment off my better half when she said my work shirt looks looser on me especially around my love handles lol. Thus is my last place I lose it so very happy. It also looks like I'm going to have to put another hole in my belt.

Thanks to you all I'm feeling great and have just that bit more confidence I can do this😁

You can never put more holes in your belt especially if it's to tighten it.

Just caught this one Dread. Congrats, its always great when people start to notice. I think it was 5+ weeks for me before anyone noticed. One (of many) of the things I've got a kick out of on this journey is being able to tighten up my belt. There was a point when even the last hole couldn't stay done up if I was sat down.

BTW... I don't remember the 1 stone badge. Awesome.
