On other diets, by today I would've had enough and given up but I'm still going and feeling great. This plan is working so well for me and I've done exercise of some sort nearly everyday. I started Pilates last night and loved it. So far so good and feeling optimistic.

That's excellent news gibbs17 ☺ it's the starting that's the most difficult bit ☺ once you get going and create good habits you start to see and feel the results ☺☺☺
