So i am new here, but very experienced when it comes to being fat. I am 18 Male and i weigh 107kgs.
I do try gym regularly and improve my eating habits but i just lose motivation very fast. i just cant keep up. Like i am the type of person who loses motivation as soon as i see that there is not much change. and thats what happens. I don't know how to move on further. i have tried numerous diets, meal replacement shakes etc etc. nothing seem to do anything to be honest. Any guidance is appreciated
