3 weeks post knee injury

So having not been able to stand on the scales for nearly 3 weeks due to my recent knee injury I thought I'd brave it now I'm able to put some weight on the injured leg. To my amazement my plan to reduce my daily calories by 100 to take account of the lack of mobility and not gain anything has worked. In fact I've lost 1.3lbs. Jumping for joy in my head!!!
