Just realised that the 70.8 kg that I weighed Monday morning brought me into my healthy BMI range. High end but nevertheless healthy.

I started out with a BMI of 26.9/76.1 kg and I am aiming for a BMI of ~22/62 kg.

The heatlhy BMI was an important milestone for me. I am so happy :-) :-)

Next milestone is to get sub 70 - I'm am pretty sure that will be on Monday :-)

Going to a birthday party. They may think we are only celebrating his birthday, but we will in fact in all secrecy be celebrating my healthy BMI too

Hi Sazkia - you are new here, saw your post before, but decided to wait with a comment until I have a bit more time as I am in a bit of a hurry today. But now that you are here: Welcome :-) You have made a good decision to join this forum. People here are very friendly and supportive. Losing weight isn't that bad when you know people in here are in it with you. I'll get back to you tomorrow. Have a great day :-)

Yes, funny how an arbitrary number can be so important. But it really does matter to me :-)
