What a day x

Hello everyone ! πŸ€—πŸ˜‹

How is your day going ? πŸ’—

In my all time diets I've learned that without patience and 2l of water per day , I will never lose weight . I'll drink the water but patience was never one of my virtue .

Today I haven't walked for 10.000 steps but I have managed around 8000 , I will do my 40 min of dance and I had healthy food !

I will leave here a pic of my lunch which was turkey breast with veggies(frozen) , tomatoes , green onions and peppers . Some condiments like italian seasoning and black pepper . Easy to cook , 30 min is enough , 417kcals and cost me 4.50Β£ .

Cause my sweet tooth is guilty of my big belly I had a caramel rice cake which has 51kcals , 3.4g sugar and it cost 1Β£ at PoundWorld .

Overall today it's been ok . I'm still waiting for summer πŸ˜‚

  • ooh that looks nice, what a great idea for lunch. was thinking chicken but didnt really fancy it with salad so wasnt sure what to put it with. That looks really tasty so i will give it a go!

  • craxykitten Put just a bit of oil and fry a bit the onion , it will give a great taste to the veggies x

  • That looks yumm! I have had 700 calories so far and that means I have enough calories to spare for dinner and maybe a tiny.. really tiny treat! So far its going okay foodwise but I've only done 5000 steps today! So planning to walk for school pickup even if its raining. Thankfully the kiddies love rain :)
