Good morning everyone.
Today marks the end of week 9 on the plan and I have now lost 24lbs! Also lost inches, 4 inches off my chest, 4 inches from the waist and 2 inches off of the hips My clothes are feeling much better and now I am looking through them to see what I can get rid of, even my shoes are fitting better !
So with three weeks to go until the end of the 12 week plan my targets are becoming more defined:
1. Hit a target of 15 stones 10lbs - I am currently 16st 2lbs, this will then mean:
2. I would have lost over 10% of my bodyweight
3. It will take my metric weight to below the 100kg mark!
4. It will bring my BMI from out of the Obese range into the Overweight range.
So it is carry on planning and carry on gardening for me
