I am evil to myself sometimes in pushing the self control!
I made cookies last night - healthier than usual ones - dark choc chip
I made the mix but only put 5 on the baking tray and the dough is in the fridge, 2 for me and 3 for hubby
they were soooooo nice! I hate being such a good baker! why couldn't I have skills in salads lol
I had the cals spare to eat them, and was under my daily allowance but I still feel bad!
does anyone else push themselves/torture themselves with food?!
also has anyone else tried the oatmeal and dark choc chip cookies? I have seen options to add prunes etc
