Hi all ,
I am a yo yo dieter, I lose a nice load of weight then stupidly put it all back on again and more, and am so so annoyed with myself.
I am not too bad during the day, it is the evenings that are my downfall,.
I am a chocoholic and have chocolate cravings, eating chocolate every day, and can very easily go though a couple of bars, it's like I can't stop. I have tried not buying it, but I just don't seem to have any will power, and I will go out in the car to the nearest shop to buy it.
I am keen to try this weight loss programme.
I want to try to lose weight and any help, hints and tips will be gratefully appreciated.
