Week1

Just a little update for my first week at sticking to healthy eating and making small changes like actually eating breakfast everyday. Also walking everyday my target was 10000 steps daily and 6/7 reached that target there was only one day where I went shopping and drove a long way so I only managed 8000. But that's still quite a big achievement for me as I never really walked anywhere. So the plan has paid off and I've Lost a Whooping 5lbs, so over the moon with that result. Bring on Week 2 x

  • Woohoo! Well done you :) What are you using to count your steps?I have been looking at getting a fitness tracker so that I can do the same.

  • Thanks everyone one. I just brought a fitness smart bracelet off of eBay it uses the the zerona app. It's a really good way of getting up and walking more.
