Dark Chocolate Mousse with Fresh Raspberries - 148 Cals

Sometimes you just want a good pudding and your sweet cravings are totally out of control....

So make mousse!

This recipe serves 6:

100g dark chocolate (70%)

300g low fat ready made custard

3 egg whites

18 raspberries to serve

Melt the dark chocolate and allow to cool, then mix in the low fat custard.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff and not wet, then stir in half o the chocolate and custard mix. Then fold in the rest.

Decant into serving glasses and put in the fridge for 30 mins.

Put 3 raspberries on top to serve and you're done :)

it will keep in the fridge for a couple of days and you can also freeze it into ice cream :)

  • Thanks for the recipe. A friend made me a low calorie mousse with cherries and I keep forgetting to get the recipe from her, so this will do instead. It will make a change from my other indulgent pudding standby which is frozen sugar free butterscotch angel delight with strawberries.
