Actually it is week 9 today but I did weigh myself last week and this was what I thought:
I know the body is looking great (everyone says so now) and the weight went down, if only by a little bit, but ARGH!
Repeat week 7 mantra: Don't panic. Head down. Keep going. It isn't over till it is over.
Remember what was said about fat, muscle density...
Come on week 9! I still want those new trousers before Christmas!
