Hi all, it's my first ever attempt to lose weight. I'm starting with an appointment at a gym on Sunday, i'm a little scared but my goal is to talk to them about a fitness regime, dietary advice and hopefully sign up for an initial 3 months. Very scary!! First step will be going into town tomorrow to buy a tracksuit and some gym shoes. I'm nervous but I hope being part of an online forum will help me feel less alone in this process and give me a better chance of success. Positive thinking!!!
