Week 6

Weight change: -0.3kg (-0.66lbs)

Not much loss but everything just seems to be in the right direction. I have a theory that I am going through a toning phase. My thighs have finally began to shrink. Albeit, only a little bit.

Any concerns: Not really. I definitely think I have a good pace and I can keep at it now.

Any positives: I have started getting some really nice comments from others! Those new trousers are still a bit far away but I know they are coming every closer.

Roll on week 7!

    Weight loss journeys have their blips and spurts and also quite often their plateaux. But I remember when I took a pile of my trousers to the dry cleaners to get the waists taken in. It does make you feel a tad smug!
