Just want to say hello as this is the first time I've ever joined a forum but I thought to myself hey, you've tried ever other trick in the book when it comes to losing weight, why not give this a bash!
I am REALLY down just now because I cant seem to get into a routine of healthy eating. I just keep going round in circles thinking what the hell am I doing. I say to myself OK today is the day that you start this diet but within 4 -5 hours of making this determined pledge im away down to the takeaway shop stuffing my face with a load of crap!
I don't want to be this person anymore! I'm so sick of always failing! I need to lose about 4 stone and I genuinely don't know how to overcome this (it feels like the worst type of addiction problem)
Sorry if im coming across as a complete nark, I just need some help and motivation and im completely out of it these days...
