Still here and losing weight

I've lost another pound. I'm now up to a 10lb loss, fairly close to my first reward goal. I haven't been as into it this week, I'm ill and have been feeling very sorry for myself and eating those feelings. Its a habit I can't seem to shift. I can take some comfort in the fact that despite me overeating the wrong thing (not necessarily over calories) it has been far less than I would have in the past and I'm hoping my control over that will at least reduce if not disappear.

Although I'm finding it difficult to control my cravings I am impressed that I'm still doing this at the 6 week mark. I have never had this much determination for losing weight before. I find myself having more energy (when I'm not ill) and generally feeling better all round. I'm hoping to shake off this illness soon and get back to feeling good, its not something I'm used to and I've been enjoying it.

good on you keep going! hope you are feeling better.

Well done so far. I've been hit with pleurisy and just had to have toast and jam. It wasn't that I didn't care, it was a conscious decision to have it, no butter! I feel terrible with the pain of the pleurisy but know I'm back on track today. Never had this before, dieting or not! You keep up the good work! Brill.
