Oh the challenge of losing weight!!
After the high of last week's weight loss I started this week positively. I planned out my 1600kcal per day diet last Sunday and have managed to keep to it to a tee!
Yesterday I did treat myself with dinner out at the pub- damn you chocolate popcorn sundae!!
I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 2lbs!!!!
This brings me down to 12 stones on the dot and brings me down from 'obese' to 'overweight' according to the NHS BMI calculator! WOOOO! I'm no longer obese!!
I think my weight loss has decreased from last week largely because I have so far been on only one run of the three I should be doing each week. But I'm giving myself a break- I have type one diabetes and have been struggling with my sugar levels so, this sorted, I'm out on another run tonight and begin another week of dieting on Monday morning
