Well done i did the same in March 2013 so I have lost 18 pounds and dropped two dress sizes. I suffer with depression but going to the gym has helped me so much my medication has reduced from 45mg to 15mgs a day. I found the first few weeks difficult I was so tired when I got back home but now I feel wonderful if you can go at a regular time ytou will also start to meet new people.
