I have been through a lot of the posts here and it seems that most people are reporting behavior from NHS staff that is inappropriate for their condition, or there is general lack of care.

Can we please start using recorders when we see a nurse or Doctor. I felt awkward at first having to tell people I was recording the conversation and placing the recorder on the table. But unfortunately, if they do not respect the patients....
