Show you love the NHS this Valentine's Day by getting involved in NHS Change Day.

Change Day, on 3rd March, is an opportunity for everyone who cares about the NHS to help it improve from within - by pledging to make a positive difference.

For the first time, members of the public are being asked to show their support for NHS services by pledging. You can play your part by supporting some of the most popular pledges here:

I am sorry but the truth is the NHS was a great institution but is being dragged down the TRUSTs who dismiss nurses and others for speaking out about injustice.
