Has anyone ever had RSD/CRPS and also gotten chronic tendonitis/tendinosis in both wrists?

I posted this in the pain concern but I figured someone here might have CRPS/RSD which is what I have. I have full body crps/rsd in all four limbs. Usually I take Tramadol and it controls my pain 100%. Thank God. However I injured myself in June doing physical therapy exercises in order to try to strengthen my back. I was doing resistance bands pulling them back and forth with my hands and arms and then lifting 2 lb weights which for me is a lot because I don't lift anything. Also I was doing this every day and they increased my repetitions rapidly over a course of a week and also after I started getting the pain in my wrist I started doing stretching exercises thinking that I was helping myself but in fact was probably making things worse.

So for the past 5 months I have been in terrible nerve pain with shooting burning throbbing dull aching all types of pain in both wrists both hands and both arms. I felt sure in my heart that it was either carpal tunnel syndrome or chronic tendonitis/tendinosis I got tested from two different hand surgeons and they did find carpal tunnel but they do not feel that doing surgery is worth it because they think that the pain in my tendons is still going to be there. The MRI on my wrist showed that there was not any tendonitis or tendinosis. Neither surgeon has any idea on what is causing this pain other than to say that they believe that it is from my reflex sympathetic dystrophy / RSD and they do not think that it's anything else.

I've tried wearing the wrist braces for 2 months and taking anti-inflammatories which helped a little bit but I can't live like that so at this point this the doctors do not know what is wrong other than the fact that they feel that this is my RSD and they do not think that this is going to improve and it hasn't improved and they just advised me to see a pain doctor which I don't know what they can do for me because I'm already taking Tramadol and even that isn't killing off this other pain. Has anyone ever had this happen to them and do you think that this is just my RSD getting worse and wanting to hold on to this repetitive strain injury? Any advice or experience or thoughts of any kind would be appreciated
