Concussions and frustration

I recently had a nasty fall in my house and it’s gonna take a long time to recover they said. What’s frustrating about a concussion because we’ve all had one I’m sure at one point in our life. You repeat yourself you forget yourself and people that should be supporting you are actually getting frustrated with you. Forgetfulness! You repeating yourself too much! yeah you told me that already! they roll your eyes at you and they get mad. A person that gets a concussion cannot help from the side effects of the concussion because it takes A long time to heal. So it is really frustrating but I’m keeping my patience and staying positive although I did break down the other day and just ball and ball but with concussions to you you can be crying one minute laughing the next minute or you can be muddled up with your words aren’t coming out right or you’ve got a headache or you’re off balance there’s so many things combined with that as well as all the rest of the things we have to battle. So I say to all those who are so quick to be annoyed and frustrated with somebody with a concussion maybe you should read up on it first and see what it does to the person! Shame on those who know about concussion syndrome and yet they still get mad. I ask The Lord Is watching over all of us and yes with me sir come to ridicule once in a while I may knock us down a little but pick yourself back up pray to the Lord to stay positive and reaffirm with people even if it’s family or people close to you that are doing that if you’re going through the same thing I am stand your ground and tell them listen I have a concussion there is a lot of affects from this concussion if you can’t understand that then you need to go and educate yourself on it before you’re so quick to get upset and frustrated and maybe judge for towards another person amen 🙏 So to all of you out there I say God bless and may the Lord protect and watch you every day may the Lord warm your hearts and souls and heal the hurt and the anger that may be inside you may he watch over you and your loved ones may he help comfort you when you’re paying full days and may he comfort your hearts and warm your heart and soul and feel his warm surround you when you’re feeling down and out and remember he’s always with us no matter when we’re down or if were positive even in the darkness he light set up for us and shows us the way you just have to have faith in him and yourself your own we have to forget what others say even though sometimes it may hurt we have to get back up and just keep on going because I don’t know about you guys but we’re all here because we are fighters and we’re survivors and all of us are wonderful people trying to get through our lives with lots of challenges with what we have wrong with us so many different things some the same like the neuropathy we all can relate on that here but we all know we don’t just all have neuropathy we all have many things but the Lord is with us and I want to see it all of you I I pray for you every night and I send hugs to each and everyone of you and want you to know that we’re all here for each other and we can all talk to each other and we’re all the same here and it’s nice to have people to talk to you that have something in common that won’t judge you and that will just be there for you and be your friend as I will always be for anybody who wants to talk to me I already have some beautiful friendships On this website and I respect the people on here respect this site I love the site I love being able to share and I also love being able to inspire as it makes my heart feel full of love from the Lord’s grace to help somebody else just to put a smile on their face I know I’ve done something right and at the end of the day it makes me feel warm in my heart and makes me feel more positive. God bless all of you let many hugs to all of you and prayers are sent your way every day amen 🙏

Hi sweetie.

I’m sooo sorry you’re still having problems with people not being understanding about your concussion side effects.

I had a near fatal concussion at age 7.

It damaged my right eye sight and left me with memory problems. I don’t remember all the other things I went through.

The second concussion was caused by being assaulted by 3 girls. The last thing I remember was a boot hitting my face.

It complicated things physically like my neck and soft tissues.

It is difficult to deal with non understanding people but when it’s your own they should know better.than to judge/ridicule you.

I’m in your cheering section...cheers to recover soon my friend.

Try to ignore the nasty remarks if you can. When you can’t contact me.

May the Lord bless and keep thee. May He enable you to endure all things until you recover. May He bless your soul abundantly. May He deliver you from unkindness and all evil against you.

I ask these things in Jesus precious name with praise and thanksgiving. Amen 🙏.
