My adult child was in a bad car accident and had to have craniotomy and craniectomy. They are doing better now it's been two months but the psch Dr keeps trying different meds that don't help or make them more tired. They have also been put in propranolol for headaches. They weren't on any meds before accident.

It won't be unusual to be on meds now. The brain injury could cause new problems in many areas plus it's still so early after your son's accident. Was he in a coma?
