Hi everyone!

Just a quick note to say hi, and say how pleased I am to have found this forum. I signed up to another one but it's in the United States. They have a whole different approach to health.

So, looking to connect with others who are living with long term conditions. I have undiagnosed for sure lower back pain/osteoarthritis/ lumbar spine spondylosis, all the same, so I've learned.

The effects on me are chronic pain, numbness, especially my toes and cannot stand upright. This all happened 3 years ago over night, although I did have backache a few weeks before and did the usual, took pain killers.

Will end it here, as I know it can be difficult to read one endless piece.

Follow or feel free to ask questions.

😀
