Hi, im laura im a newbie here i have suffered with migraine for the last 31 years having been diagnosed aged 5! however the last year they have turned very nasty and i now get hemiplegic migraine with cluster headache, i also have this year been diagnosed with essential tremor. im here hoping to share ideas on treatments with other migrainuers or essential tremor patients, im currently waiting for botox treatment for the migraines and would like to know if anyone out there has had any positive experience with it. Thank you!

I am so sorry to hear that, Laura. Since having a massive head injury I get very few headaches... I don't recommend that as a cure! Maybe it is just because I have learnt to be more relaxed and not to worry about everything. Migraines aren't just headaches though! I am glad I don't get them. Oh I wish I were able to give you a big hug
