very light period, bad cramp for past week or two still there even though period is gone, breasts sore and very tired could i be pregnant?

had very bad cramp for the past week or two but thought it was just me going to get my period but it came Monday was very light didnt last long, now have really sore breasts, cramp still there and also been more tired than usual should i worry i may be pregnant?
