Not had a period in 3 years, but think I might be pregnant, advice please!

Hey guys,

Due to endometriosis, after several surgeries I started three monthly gonadotropin releasing hormone injections about 3 years ago and haven't had a period since. I also had the contraceptive implant. The implant was removed around five weeks ago, and my last injection was about 3 and a half months ago. My partner and I started trying a few weeks ago but I was told that our chances were slim.

I have no idea about my cycle, but the gynaecologist told me that my cycle would restart within 24 hours of the implant being taken out, so i should have had a period by now. However, I don't know if the gonadatrophin injections would mess with my cycle. Since stopping everything i've had really bad abdo pain all the time because of the endometriosis. I was told that the pain would get better if I got pregnant.

Anyhow, took a test a week ago and it said negative. I'm nauseous all the time and suddenly my endometriosis isn't painful at all so i'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice about when I should re test in case I did it too early.

Know it's all a bit complicated but any advice would be reallly greatfully appreciated!

Hey. I think if I were you, I would do a test each week now up until any period arises if it's going to. If it comes then probably not pregnant and if it doesn't, there is a chance hope it all goes well x
