29 weeks pregnant -worried

Sorry but don't know who else to ask I have been ill all day with really bad diarrhea and still have it now . When ever I had it before I 've never Had it this long or as frequently as today I m so sore were been on toilet most of the day . Could this be baby related ? Should I be worrying ? Any advice pls ?

would give doc a ring. Could be nothing, sometimes baby can cause diarrhoea but they do say if lasts a while then give a ring. Might be you've picked up a bug and need some antibiotics. Would ring docs just to be sure x

Hey I'm 30+5 now. about 2wks ago I had a terrible stomach ache/cramps with diarrhoea. Diarrhoea lasted 2 days but stomach ache lasted 5 days. I made sure I kept my fluids up and after 2 days saw the GP as stomach cramps so bad. Baby was fine. They just told me i had stomach bug. Advised to rest and stay off work until 100% better and keep fluids up.

If you really feel rubbish go see your GP as its good to be reassured and checked over

Thanks for advice girls, kept my fluids up and went to bed when my partner got home last night and slept all night not had anymore diarrhoea since last night bit sore now as got piles now but treated it with cream so hopefully I be more comfortable later .

Baby seems to be kicking as normal today , so think yesterday was just bug x
