Morning Fatigue

I have Dermatomyositis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Interstitial Lung Disease and Raynaud’s Disease. There are days when I wake up and I don’t have good energy until 11:00 A.M. or later. All I want to do is rest in the bed or sit up and watch tv and do nothing. Then there days when I feel fine. Does anyone else with these diseases experience this?

hi there. I dont have a myositis diagnosis yet but i have sjogrens and systemic sclerosis overlap plus hypothyroid. I really struggle in the mornings - which is bad news as the days are short here in scotland now. I'm often very toilet bound so tried to adjust my medications so that my mornings are free for dog walks with my husband and son and so I can do my freelance work. It is working for the toilet issue and for better sleep pattern but I still can barely lift my arms or get up and ready until mid morning at the earliest. It's like a kind of inertia and my hands and legs burn or freeze and ache. I'm guessing it's just autoimmune fatigue but I do hate it!
