Hello fellow fighters ! I hope everyone is having a better day than yesterday. When I woke up this morning after taking my daily medication I made a small bowl of fruits and then went for a 30-40 minute walk. It’s easier to lay in bed and cry about this disease, but somehow having everyone in this group understand my daily struggles makes life easier and it’s easier to accept the changes I face. I guess I don’t feel as alone as I did when I first got diagnosed.
