I'm in a bit of a flare up after overdoing it last week. Weak muscles, shaking limbs. However, for three days now I also have very blurry vision and terrible brain fog. Anyone else experience this during a flare? Is this something I should worry about? I do know I have dry eye and have been following my usual regimen of warm compresses at night and artificial tears, but it doesn't seem to be helping this. Thank you

Hi there,
I know that eyes can be affected by several autoimmune diseases (eg Sjogren's), so I guess your vision issues might be connected with a flare. I'd see my GP about it anyway, but if the 'blurriness' is permanent and hasn't clear for 3 days, I'd get it checked out urgently - even if it's nothing to do with autoimmunity, you don't want to take any risks.
Wishing you all the best.
