Thank you so much for this post! I have always believed diet influences how my MS reacts. It's gratifying to see the research.

I'm going fishing tomorrow to get me some fish for this weekend. I own a bait company in Florida, so this works in my favor finally some good news with this horrible disease.

Thank you BettysMom for this insightful article. I make Salmon at least once a week and I may just start making other sort of fish dishes. Be well and stay safe

I eat a lot of fish, seafood and other good things, especially fruits and vegetables. I don’t eat chicken or beef! I have always believed that my diet has helped my health. Thank you.😊

That is very interesting, I would love to know more because I have had MS for 18 years, I do not eat anything that lives in the water, except the occasional can of tuna and my MS has not progressed much at all.

Yes,  BettysMom (You’re conversing with someone who eats a lot of salmon. I kid around and tell people that I am part grizzly bear) :-D

My kids use to call salmon "pink chicken" 🤣 I try to get a balanced ratio of omega 3 to other fats in my diet. This seems to be one of the things that keeps getting researched, with positive outcomes!
