on an upward trajectory after busy summer, even year

Busy summer:

- 2nd hip replacement end of June

- MRI in early August

- Ocrevus also in early August after 9-10 months to give room for hip surgey.

I had started to feel that 2 months w/o exercise and 9 months w/o Ocrevus was giving room for the MS to progress: fatigue, stiffness, muscle weakness, spasm...

The good news is all is good, ms is stable, and hip surgery recovered well. I've started yoga again this week, and riding my horse 2 weeks ago. It feels really good.

I'm so happy for you that the hip replacement surgeries are behind you. I don't imagine those are easy to go through! It's wonderful that you're able to do yoga and ride horses, and that you're back on Ocrevus. I wish you the best!
