This isn’t the place. I agree. And sorry, I got a little upset when I saw this and then that this was the only post from them. I still have a bit of a temper. It’s gotten way better , which is good, but still here. Plus anyway I’m a fiery red head from south Jersey. The temper isa lot. My dilemmas and the MS haven’t helped either

You're forgiven. 😁 I have a terrible temper, too! I didn't always. I didn't want to think so, but I wonder if MS has something to do with it. I have told people who asked on the site if it causes their spouse to be super angry that it didn't, but I am feeling guilty about that now. You're right, though, dealing with MS is a huge psychological burden. I don't even have to be happy all the time. I would settle for irritable! That would be awesome. 😂

Thank you! These days MS doesn’t help! I was picked on daily for looking different, that’s what grew my temper, now that I’m older I realize I need to fix it! Aaaahhhhhh! lol. I hope you can feel better!

Before I could play/ bang on the drums it helped my frustration a lot. Now I can’t (physically) do that anymore. It’s sad

Try county/state organizations for aging. You're young, but some have waivers for the disabled. Short-term help can sometimes be found from the Salvation Army and Catholic Charities (you don't have to be a part of either religion).

Check with your local utility providers. Their benefits vary but could include delayed payments with no penalty, budget terms, bill forgiveness, and even their own variation of Weatherization. Weatherization itself tends to have a long waiting list, but it's available to both renters and homeowners.

If you're not on any Welfare programs, fill out an application and see if you qualify for something. Many people can get LIHEAP (heat) or the new LIHWAP (water) even if they're not on other benefits. Both Amazon Prime and Walmart Plus memberships offer discounts to anyone on food stamps.

(Disclaimer: Every state is different. Some have better benefits because they add to what the Feds provide.)
