It's not the pancreas!

My aunt learned this evening that she has kidney cancer and not pancreatic. I don't pretend to know how the body works, but apparently the kidney that was removed some years ago left behind some cells that attached themselves to the pancreas. The doctor sounded very positive and believes that this is very treatable. As soon as her insurance okays everything, she'll start chemo and whatever else. I know she's not out of the woods yet, but this is fantastic news! Thank you all for your good thoughts, and please keep praying for her.

PRAYERS. WE NEED TO LET OUR LIFE BE ABOUT DISCOVERING AND QUESTIONING ALL THAT WE ALLOW TO HELP HEAL US. SOMETIMES I FEEL HOPEFUL AND OTHER TIMES 🀨 UNCERTAIN.

Very good news, indeed!

It seems so odd, but since the cancerous mass was discovered in MY kidney, it seems like kidney things are popping up all over! I'll be glad when my surgery is past. Perhaps your aunt and I can celebrate together!
