I told everyone I would follow - up with you in reference to strange “stabbing “ sensations in my ears! The Neuro wants me to get a MRI and a (3) day round of SM Steroids infusion in - home! Oh well, not looking forward to the MRI, after 20 + over the years who’s counting! I’ll need ZZ Quil about 30 mins prior so I won’t be a cry baby and tell the technicians to get me the “heck” out of there! Pray for me! Love y’all -stay cool and be well. NeeC

Good luck! I hope all goes well with the MRI,and that the steroids help your symptoms quickly.. MS just keeps coming up with weirder - and more unpleasant- symptoms to inflict on us!

Good Luck I wish I could pass on my experience with the MRI to everyone. I fall asleep in them,strange I know. Sometimes the tech has to wake me up . So sorry for those of you that have problems.

I don't sleep, but with the music in the headphones, I have trouble staying still and quiet! I want to sing and tap my toes!

🙏🏼🙏🏼 just put yourself in another place… Literally take a trip in your head packing up of your suitcase, pack the car, head out on the road and try to remember in your head all the places that you see on your way to your favorite place… Your favorite trees, your favorite restaurant and then you make it to your destination you have to do all the unpacking. You have to put sheets on the bed going to the beach or the lake. In my head and generally by the time, I am on my way back from my destination the MRI are over.! sometimes I just envision my favorite peoples faces while I’m having MRI and I look at all the details and they’re beautiful faces and tell myself that is why I am doing this because of these beautiful people in my life!

Hope the steroids work and that you get through your MRI okay. I never had a problem with them, my only problem is staying awake and not moving to the music.
