weird question- sorry! I was wondering if they are worth trying? I had two days of embarrassing accidents. Trying to stop that thank you in advance for your input!

Knix Underwear? I'm not familiar with them. But I can tell you that I wear my Always Discrete Boutique Heavy Duty undergarments frequently.

Due to the horrible MS fatigue, I drink two big mugs of coffee each morning, as my kitty wakes me up each morning by 5:00 am.

I find that my bladder is always a bit leaky. It's definitely gotten worse over time. I am now 57, I suspect SPMS, besides my bladder getting worse, so has my balance.

I could never do the "drunk test" or the tandem walk, but slowly over time, my balance and my bladder are now some of my biggest problems.

You are not alone in this struggle. Wishing you the best in finding a solution to your bladder issues. Good luck!

Donna 😇🙏🙂🤞😽

Thank you so much! I’d never pass the drunk test either. Lol

I have these.

If you dribble a small amount, they might be ok.

They could never withstand a torrential downpour but they are comfortable-until you do that.

And furthermore...they cost too much to be that fugly!

Do you think a discreet pad is better?

I've not tried them but my guess is, probably.

I'm a whole lot older than most folks here, but I wear a piddle pad 24/7. Some days, it stays totally dry and others...l'm just glad I wasn't out in public.

I've worn incontinence pads for years, but yes, this year I've used undergarments at bedtime. My daughter encourages me to try the ones like Knix, but I'm not confident in them either. I too feel they're more for trickles.

I am with you on all 3 counts..balance , bladder and SPMS.. I have worn the discrete pads for years.. come in different levels according to how much leakage you have. I try to remember to use the bathroom in between cups of coffee but the pad definitely helps if there is a gush…

After coding with seizures in 2021 and being in a coma for a couple of days, I have no bladder control at all. I'm stuck wearing Depends 24/7. I try and anticipate by going every 2 hours but sometimes that doesn't work. I have tried almost every option available, pads and Knix , but if more than a small amount, I'm going to be changing pants. Hate that I am wearing these all the time so am actually trying Botox injections into the bladder to see if it helps. If I could just get back to leaking I'd be thrilled! It's the little things in life with MS that make us happy 😜

I use the Always discrete pads & underwear. The pads can shift if you are very active. They have several different absorbancy levels for both kinds.

I use the same.

I have had my med changed to Myrbetriq to help with incontinence. It has changed me completely! (That, plus I stopped having tea in the morning as caffeine is a diuretic.) I have been actively pursuing getting this under control as I simply couldn't deal with it. This Thursday I'm having an ultrasound on my (full) bladder to make sure it and my kidneys are fine. I just got back from an eight day vacation (seven hours drive) where I didn't need any pads and I could wait to get to a bathroom without "missing". There are a lot more choices than I thought for this! I found a doctor who believes that women shouldn't have to suffer like we have and this is his mission.

What is Knix underwear? Got to go look that up! I HATE wearing a dang diaper, but road trips can be risky otherwise.

Really! I’m thinking pad thing is better

I have one pair of underwear for bladder leaks, they aren't the Knix brand, and they work ok for dribbles but not for more than that. I use Pose liners or pads 24/7. They have different leakage levels. Most of the time I only need a 2 but sometimes I need the heavier leakage ones. So I keep a couple of different levels.

I use Poise ultimate pads 24/7. Bummer having to wear pads after menopause. Oh well, it could be worse so thankful there's something that works.

I have not tried Knox, but I tried Everdries and they worked for me. I had a diarrhea blowout while I was hiking and they held long enough for me to get to a toilet and clean myself up. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they are full sized underwear so they come up to my waist.
