Gabapentin, been on it so long it does nothing anymore. When I have to, I take tizanidine, but rarely.

Good morning from the UK 👋 I take a 10mg tablet in the morning, at lunch, and with my evening meds/before I go up to bed. I'm allowed to sometimes take an extra tablet if my spasming legs don't "switch off," which means I otherwise wouldn't be able to get to sleep 😢 the sleep part is so important to me, because if I don't have a good night's sleep, I'm at a greater risk of having an epileptic seizure 😔. The epilepsy was my very 1st symptom of MS, but back then it was only simple partial seizures.

I had a medical cannabis card which worked best for me until I moved to a state where it was illegal. Baclofen wasn’t much help overall so I am now using diazepam before bed which helps most times. I also occasionally use it during the day when I am not worried about fatigue.

I take tramadol as none of the usual ms spasticity meds worked. Hoping you have better results!

I was way overmedicated at the highest dosages of baclofen, tiz, gabapentin with no improvements. I did fall twice with no idea what had happened, weaned myself off after that. Thankfully discovered tramadol worked well for me when I sprained my ankle.

I take 10mg of Baclofen every 3 hours that I'm awake (5 times). I was orig on 20mg 4 times a day with Tizanidine but Neuro at the time was not comfortable with uping the dose. I also take 200mg of Carbazepine (generic Tegretol) at night for spasms. It made me way to tired to take during the day so I only take it at night.

I used gabapentin, it stopped working, I tried baclofen, same thing, I've been doing Magnesium Citrate, works greet for rls, but spasticity at nite, I switched to 1/2 dose magnesium citrate and another type magnesium. When all else fails, canabis, rather than hemp, does the trick.

I have taken baclofen for spasticity in varying amounts for a few years. I have a neck issue and take flexeril for that sometimes, but can't take it with baclofen 🤣 Unfortunately one drug does not fix both problems. Magnesium helps both a little.

I take gabapentin 600 at night and tizanidine early in the evening and then again at night if I wake up in the middle of the night I take another tizanidine if I don’t have to get up super early.
