This free online forum makes it possible to find and provide support to members of the MS community who have shared experiences.

Thank you, MSAA Team! When I was thrown into the MS pool, even though I was not in the deep end, I struggled. This MSAA forum family cheered me on and taught me how to learn from other swimmers. Thanks to them, I've slipped into deeper water only a few times and have stopped thrashing around! I've been here from almost the beginning. I'm very very grateful. Linda
