G'Day ms RRms (Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms) family. A young lady mentioned this today. Paraphrasing, you can lead a horse to water but you can not make it drink. I can say all the wonderful things that YOU can do to minimise the effects that ms can have on your body, but in the end, YOU have to decide. The ball is in your court, it is up to YOU to decide how YOU are going to play it.

The decision is up to YOURS. The tools are there, how are YOU going to play the ms game?
