G'day, my Relapsing Remitting ms (RRms) family. As always I hope YOU had a great night's sleep last night. At least better than mine. I do know what was going on last night but it certainly was not sleep.
Today I remind YOU that no matter how long you have had ms, that YOU have a mission. Pretty simple and straightforward when YOU think about it. To make every moment of every day forever a moment that YOU can be proud of and in which YOU learn something new from. Do not allow RRms to totally dominate your life. Yes, there are losses but engage your thinking cap and find a way around those losses.
I have not worked out how to beat this disease, and I do not think I can, but I can adjust my actions to live it on my terms, and so can YOU. Work towards this goal. Make it your mission. I may not be able to beat RRms, but I can live it o my terms.
My mission is accepted. RRms, YOU may take from me my dreams and what I once was, but I CAN and WILL adjust. My life is not hopeless. I have fears but I have HOPE and so would YOU.
